The wiper switch has the relays for the intermittant wipers built into it. If you have a meter we can check the powers and grounds to the switch. The schematic are unclear as to what controls the park position but it does look like the logic is built into the switch itself and runs through one of the intermittent wiper relays. If the windshield washer is turned on when the windshield wipers are not operating, the windshield wipers operate a few times. If the washer does not work, inspect the fluid level (Search). If the fluid level is normal, consult an Authorized Mazda Dealer. IXxL.
